TIMOJI (timoji.fun) is an AI visual narrative engine that generates editorial illustrations, mini-comics, explainer diagrams, and cutouts from text prompts or URLs. By using the service you agree to these terms.
You may use TIMOJI to generate illustrations for personal and commercial projects. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, any URLs you provide, and how you use the outputs. Do not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Wallet-based authentication signs a message with your wallet — no private keys or seed phrases are ever requested or stored. Connecting a wallet raises your daily quota. You are responsible for the wallet you connect and anything done through it.
Access is tiered: free (2 generations/day), wallet (5/day), premium ($TIMOJI holders, 20/day with priority queue, custom palettes, and API access). Quotas reset daily and may be adjusted to protect service stability. Queued generations count against your quota when accepted.
Illustrations are generated by third-party AI models and are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about quality, accuracy, or suitability. To the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs you generate, subject to third-party model terms. Generated content may appear in the public Recent gallery.
API access is available to premium tier users and requires authentication with your wallet's JWT. You may use the API to build your own integrations. Do not abuse the API, bypass rate limits, or resell access without written permission.
$TIMOJI is a utility token used to gate premium access to the platform. It has no investment purpose and no promise of returns. Token holders have no ownership, governance, or voting rights over TIMOJI unless separately offered. Token value can fluctuate or go to zero.
TIMOJI is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, the token, the API, or any generated content, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
